Kids have short attention spans! If you are a mom…you know this is generally true! Sometimes our kids need a brain break…whether they are doing homework, working on chores, or playing video games! (Sometimes I need a break right along with them!)
Breaks get our kid’s bodies moving in different ways…which they desperately need in order to keep their brains working! These printables are a fun way to set up activity breaks so kids can refocus on what we want them to do!

How to Use the Brain Break BINGO Chart and Activity Cards
- BINGO Chart: I let my boys pick 2-3 activities each. We cross the activity off and save the chart for next time. Then when everything is crossed off, I print another chart!
- Activity Cards: You can print them out, cut them apart, and laminate them. When your kids need a break, pull a couple out and take a few minutes to recharge!

- Use the Printables when you need homeschooling or homework breaks, …it also works great when you are having a family cleaning day (it’s a great way to break up a morning of doing chores!)
